Due to the digital nature of our products (such as cheats, modded accounts, or premium tools), all sales are final. Once a product is delivered—whether via download, email, or user dashboard—it is considered “used” and cannot be returned or refunded, regardless of whether it has been activated or not.

Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical items. Once a key, account, or download link is shared, the value is transferred instantly and irreversibly. This is an industry standard for digital goods and is in place to protect the system from fraud and abuse.

We clearly state this policy before checkout, and by completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Inability to use the product due to bans or game updates

  • Compatibility issues with unsupported systems

  • Claims made without proof

If a product that was listed as legit or undetected results in a ban within a reasonable time frame, we’ve got your back.

You’ll either receive:

  • A partial refund of up to 10% of the purchase value — based on the situation.

📌 All Claims Must Be Proven with Evidence

If you request a replacement or partial refund (up to 10%) for a product labeled as legit or undetected, you must provide solid proof, such as:

  • Clear screenshots or videos showing how the product was used

  • Proof of the ban (with date/time)

  • Evidence that the product was advertised as safe

All claims are reviewed manually by an admin. If the evidence is incomplete or suspicious, the admin has the right to reject the request.
